What the fuck happened to the horror scene? Outlast and Amnesia created a wave of indy 3D horror, but they seemed to have all died off, last big thing in horror was "Five Nights at Freddy's" + the copy pasted sequels but nothing else seems to be going on anymore.

What the heck are you talking about? The horror scene is getting better. Outlast 2 released relatively recently and it's great. Resident Evil is finally scary again with RE7.

Even Frictional Games announced two projects in development: a sci-fi horror, and a secret project, go check their website.
Also, VR. It will bring a new dimension to horror games and it will be glorious. There are already some great VR games out there.
So yeah, horror games are definitely getting better.

Why are you forgotten RE7?
Its more of a survival horror game then anything else in years.
I haven't seen a horror game quiet like RE7 since ZombiU.
