Pre dayz Arma

People worked hard on missions all week to share with the group on game night. We had custom mods made by people in the group.

It was all pvp and every played super seriously but it wasn't toxic because it was all good fun. You would be breaching a building and shit talking the defenders inside and they would be yelling shit back at you in like a half rp half standard shit talk. No hard feelings after the game and everyone would chat in the lobby about what happened and laugh together then randomize the teams and go again.

There are some bad apples there just like with any other fanbases, but IPL fanbase generally tends to be very civilized, extremely helpful, and very creative. IPL threads around here tend to be some of the best discussions I've seen. That said, the fanbase is EXTREMELY small around here, to a point where they tend to end up recognizing each other just by the posting style.

Serious Sam players also tend to be relatively nice, the obnoxious outbursts surrounding the release of SS3 not withstanding.
Talos Players have mostly been very civilized too, in my experience.
