What are some nice graphics cards for someone who's a casual gamer? I finally ditched my 8 year old Radeon HD 4850 because it's getting really outdated, but it served me well.
I'm not into heavy games and I don't game all that often, I'm thinking about getting the Radeon HD 7730, it looks both cheap and decent enough, but I'm still not sure.

I'd recommend a GeForce GT 1030 instead
GTX 1050 can literally play any game out there at the moment at 1080p / 60fps, as long as you don't try to "Ultra" everything.
The GTX 1050ti 4GB would be a notable upgrade though, and still can be found for less than 150 bucks.

Yeah what's your budget? otherwise if you really want a radeon there's a R7 250 2G that goes for 50 bucks that is miles better than the hd 7730
just get a 1060 6gb and never upgrade again
8800 gt
Will never need to buy a video card again my friend

Provided you never want to play games past 2011.

Recently upgraded to a 130 euro Asus Rog Strix 1050.
It's perfect for old systems, especially since it only needs 1x6pin power connector. It's also really quiet and never went above 60 degrees Celsius even in my hellhole during summer.

1050 and 1050ti prices are pretty much unaffected by the latest mining craze, I'd get the latter one if you got the cash.
a good graphics card will be able to run porn at 4k quality.

THIS, 1050ti will BTFO any current console at higher resolutions/settings and with a steadier framerate. They can still be found for $145 or so and they'll fit in basically any PC without even having to upgrade the PSU from stock.
