Also, playing through Dishonored made me realize how much worse the outsider shrines are in two. In one he offers slight insight into what you've done to your targets if you leave them alive, in two it's all "hey look at me!". Really ruins his character imo.

Dishonored 2 is a disgrace. Not only it's not as good as dishonored (which I enjoyed a lot for the setting and gameplay, despite it not being perfect) but the second one is a let down, not only on the setting and general atmosphere, but also because it runs like complete shit.
It's the only game I ever had refunded. Fuck arkane and zenimax.
