No, you can find PS3s under 80 bucks. Recently found a bunch on local ebay for 20 bucks with broken blu ray drives, which aren't an issue if the game is on PSN.

You can emulate demon's souls on PC now with fairly high Fidelity.

But it's better on ps3, you can get on the psn store for $20.
