>We pc pirates LITERALLY cant stop sucking dicks...oops sorry i meant pirating

So far we agreed that a 3 strike ISP system should be in place. Pirates will be put on a dial-up modem speed after their 3rd torrent for 2 years. Their home would be blacklisted across all ISPs'. That way they cant cheat and force their mother to put internet on her name.

INB4; unconstitutional; we would still be able to use internet....just websites tho

INB4; saying that we would not be able to purchase steam games either. we pc pirates would rather get hit by a car than purchase a $10 game

Crashing down people's internet speed is a violation of net neutrality, the one thing that assures us that ISPs do not monetize the shit out of it and the reason why there are no "premium services" for better internet. The warnings will have to be handed out manually and you can avoid the risk of being warned in the first place by using proxies.
Now check these dubs

That sure sounds like breach of contract to me. Time to sue. Now prove it was me who pirated anything, and not russian hackers hacking my wifi.

There's going to be a lot of MACs there. Good luck proving all are mine. Hint: You can't.
> also slow internet is normal internet
It's a breach of contract. The ISP agreed to supply internet at a certain speed. They fail to do so, they're in for a suing.

i know shit about routers, modems, and internet

"your wifi transmitte"'s arp cache lasts like 5 minutes and the dhcp lease for almost everything at home only lasts like a fucking day
home "routers" (router+switch+integrated services and usually a modem [loosely used term as they wind up being called that regardless of whether it actually modulates and demodulates]) certainly aren't going to be storing their caches in nvram or flash, and they don't have enough ram to keep anything for a long time either

I bet OP downloads old movies or anime or tv series.
But no its the video games that are only going to trigger strikes.
If your system got out in to place literally 99% of all internet users would get Strikes.

All it takes is listening to a song unintentionally on the internet.
Or watching an pirated clip on YouTube that you dont know is pirated.
Modern ISPs would get destroyed and gray market ones would emerge that hide your online info.

Even your holier than thau ass would get flagged because i bet you would unintentionally see illegal content 3 times a year.

You can't stop us, you can only slow us down.

Just like based Chaos guy said in the movie with the fake dinosaurs, life finds a way.

I'll just wait for my neighbors to go on vacation and literally install a hard line from their house to mine and/or brute force my way into their wi-fi.

i used to torrent javs, but i cum in 5 minutes and then just delete the videos, so why bother downloading anymore?

A simpler idea would be to make piracy a prison sentence. 10K dollar fee+5 years in jail per game pirated.

Are you using your mom's laptopor something? Then get an external usb storage for your favorites or use truecrypt or somethig similar to make your own safe space without them knowing.
I have a curious girlfriend so I put all my porn on an encripted file

the arguments against piracy are filled with logical fallacies its retarded. In most cases if someone pirates media of any form they wouldn't have been able to consume it otherwise. In reality the word of mouth from pirates actually bolsters sales since they then are able to influence people with the resources to actually invest in the content. A pirate has all the time in the world and none of the resources so they invest their time into piracy to consume media at lower qualities (in some cases) than if they could afford the original. The working class with income to spend on such luxuries are inherently unaware of the media and or wary of investing in something they are uncertain of. Pirates then speak about the content spreading word of mouth be it positive or negative which leads to those who have and can invest. It's literally win win for everyone. The creators have their content experienced by more people and increase their install base for future content. They don't lose out on any income since the people pirating wouldn't have been able to buy it anyways. The people who can afford it and pirate are exercising their right to see if the product is worth the investment. Then there are others who would buy it blindly regardless of the quality.

In this model there is no loss since the quality of the content speaks for itself and people will willingly support good content. Shit is tossed aside to be forgotten but the quality content finds cult status making future installments more feasible for investment and development.

>I am a moralfag who has to pay so everyone else has to pay just like me

Reminds of that black guy who found a loophole to get a house for 10 bucks and the neighbors decided to sue him with an argument that "If we paid he has to pay like everybody else"

Instead of being happy for others you would rather have yourself monitored online just because there are people who pirate.

Not quite unfortunately. Sure the neighbors were pissed but the bank which folded on the mortgage on the property was either bought out or consumed by bank of america so bank of america payed the fee which would make it legal for them to kick him out of the house.

I wish he had successfully pirated that house.

ISPs don't actually care about piracy, only copyright owners do. ISPs don't want to lose millions of paying customers.

Triple A games use fabricated trailers, they are giving a complete unrealistic image of their product

Notice how all PR marketing around triple A games is all about buzzwords
>muh experience
>muh open world
>muh objectives
>muh infinite possibilities
>So much to do
>much wow

It's all so fucking vague
vidya marketing should be like this
>Look at these real graphics
>Look at these objectives (go from a to b)
>look at these items, there is a total of X of them and Y amount of armor
>More will be added later

Like the old days, more honest, but no, just slap some CGI trailer together, sell your 60 dollar trash product and earn another 100 dollars worth of dlc.
>>
>>389246676
>100 dollars worth of dlc.
this is why you never buy shit on launch. Wait a year and the whole game(including dlc) will be 30$
>>
>>389239524
They've done the math and know that demos hurt sales more than piracy. A pirate will always pirate, but letting impulse-buying normies try the game before buying can only result in lost sales.

Kek I'll just keep downloading free shit and leave you cucks to pay for digital goods. The absolute autism of buying videogames or Netflix is unjustified. Buyfags can't understand how great it is to be half neet and still be able to afford fancy shit

Don't the devs of Serious Sam made a piracy detection in one of their games where if it knows its pirated it puts an unkillable overpowered enemy on your way.
