Something has always bugged me about fallout 4 that NV and even FO3 got right. In FO3/NV when your character missed in VATS it actually felt like he missed, but in Fallout 4 you can clearly see that fucking retard parent miss on purpose when they shoot in the exact same hole in the wall behind a misc raider, in FO3/NV I went "aw fuck" when I missed, in FO4 I go "what the fuck, is this faggot missing on purpose". Might need two or three shots with the sniper rifle if the target is wearing heavy armor (armor now gives both DT and DR) and is aware of you, but generally yes on a sneak attack, and oh god yes with any endgame weapon, even on body shots. Gauss rifles waste anything even with bulk ammo.
