Anybody here ever won that stupid daily lottery, and what do those golden tickets even do?

You can use them to upgrade rooms. If you upgrade a shop it restocks for free and if you upgrade an appartment, everyone who moves in will be max levels. I've never won, but you get one ticket for every 50 floors you build when you rebuild your tower.
