I always play Bosmer on my main playthroughs, so I'm especially excited, though Skyrim didn't end up feeling or looking much how I thought it would.

Autism Checklist:
-if it's not at least half forest, I'm gonna ree
-if it doesn't have migratory giant tree cities, gonna ree
-better be able to wage guerilla war against the thalmor, unless they do a massive time jump again
-I suspect it'll have entire parties of companions
-and mass battles (I mean like literally several dozen or more characters fighting at once)
-I hope they keep improving the level scaling (skyrim was the best so far)
-I hope they make the quests interesting and maybe at least slightly difficult again
-for fuck sake fix the damn economy
-what will the wildlife and "main dangerous enemies" be this time around?
-skyrim was the "battle" version; only hammerfell could compete with that, thematically; will Valenwood be more stealth/skill based?

Unlike Skyrim even, you cant just teleport to places youve unlocked and be at the entrance, there are fixed waypoints around the map, and they cost money to use, excessive use actually increases the price for a time, to stop them park riding all over the map. Its encouraged to get to a boat and get close to the area you intend to transport to

The game is actually ok, its not groundbreaking, its fine if you want to mince around in Tamriel, as the map is fucking huge. It WAS shit because of the price of admission and sub fee for how bare bones the game was, but the price is lower and theres no longer a sub fee.

When you implied that level 20-30 is "early" in the game in spite of level 20 being postgame level and 30 being the point where leveling softcaps (a "softcap" is where leveling starts going slower, slowing your progress to the point where you're unlikely to get past it; it also is because the level up messages stop changing past that point.
