Modders can now be paid for their hard work and there's also world-class quality assurance making sure that all mods have no bugs and play nice with everything.

IIRC how they are patching SE and F4 will prevent script extenders from working. So outside of mostly textures and models there wont be any good overhauls or gameplay changing mods.
