There hasn't been a new game in years.
Also 4>1>2>3. People agree that 3 is the worst while simultaneously deepthroating 2, but the truth is that 3 just took 2's worst aspects (the non-sly characters) and added more of them. 4 fixed this by making the extra characters either non-existent or literally a cooper.
