Did you even play that mod? It was a huge disappointment, full of bugs to the point of being unplayable and the devs just gave up on it.

try COC+misery+arsenal senpai its great , although im waiting for gunslinger for COC (and hopefully for COCmisery)
in terms of the survival aspects its the best thing i every played , in the beginning where you have to mind food,radiation and carry weight and not to travel at night. it felt like it was punishing you enough for bad decisions without being unfair to you which is what i think the core of a survival game is.
