I usually download some mods to allow for greater build variation.

>If I get killed by a human enemy, a supermutant, or a dog, I get raped ferociously and all my gear is stolen but I don't game over. Just start back up where I was held down and fucked but without clothes on my back or a cap to my name

It's really fun.

Roleplay as batman, kill as few people as possible and use primarily melee weaponry. Try to be all heroic and shit, also use similar styles of combat. If you find any mods to enhance it maybe try those.

Why does my modded load order shit the bed after a few months of play. Why.

I'm running only 120 mods.

Here's a few ideas:

No vendors.

Pick one [Males, Females, Non-humans], kill all of that type; or, spare only that type.

Chem reliant trait, must consume any drugs you find as soon as you find them.

No meds, food only.

Maintain minor rad. sickness or higher.

it's not that hard with the proper guides or make people angry by using nexus mod manager.

it's pretty worth it in the end though, just be sure to quick save every now and then when trying out a new mod in case of crashes.

Well you have to objects/people to interact with them but I don't see any reason you couldn't walk backwards the rest of the time. Hell fighting cazadores is 99% backpedaling anyway.
