and I've never seen that happen. That is an issue for a minority of a minority, even then it'll probably only happen once. PC games in general crash a lot in comparison. That and the Convience issue make it hard for someone casually playing games to move to PC

Arguable
Any person that has grown up or currently growing up in the age of personal computers can easily figure out how to download games.
Consoles also seem to be adding more complications while PC is streamlining things. The two have never been closer. We'll find out with the next generation of consoles but that's still 2-3 years away.
