It's good, but it's fairly small and everything created afterwards to fill out the story makes you go "Oh right, yeah, this was created by Whedon."

Dr Horrible is his only really good work, simply because he doesn't have time to inject his nonsense into it and make it lose everything that made it good.

Watch Firefly, enjoy it, then accept that it's over.
