Are you really talking about HS or other games? Far as I know HS is miles better for realistic style characters, while AA2 and CM3D are superior for anime characters.

They're retarded. There's never been an easier game to mod. You literally just extract shit into the game folder. All the mods already have the folder structure built in. I don't even think you need Japanese locale for it.
