There's levels that look good af and others that look horrible.

I like the 64 style layout of the levels but I hate the overdesigned gimmick mechanics

I havent been this excited for a Mario game since Sunshine. Its a nostalgic, child-like kind of hype.

If I can be completely honest, I'm a little worried

The gameplay looks great, and they've put a lot of thought into the areas, but it looks like there's small parts of each world(?) where there's nothing to do, like the dark forest area or the desert. Like a sandbox with some good stuff in it, but also a lot of empty space

Just parts though, I know the forest level is huge and more than just the woods
