Neverwinter Nights, sort of. Pale Master is a prestige class that bards, sorcs, or wizards can spec into, dump enough levels in it and one of your arms becomes skeletal, you gain some undead summons, you'll pick up some standard undead immunities (immune to stuns and crits) and some other bonuses, which are largely useless as they're to hp and defense. Biggest drawback is it stunts your caster level, and while it will add to your overall spells per day, you can't select new spells on PM levels. Kind of a neat concept, but if you're optimizing a character build there are better choices.
