No, they are far more abstract in most of their games.
Looking Glass made tecnical and mechanical marvels with pretty straight foward stories told with interesting simulationist level design, well directed cutscenes and great voice acting.

Ice-pick has made far more mechanically bizarre games, that creates interesting sandboxes with metaphorical dialogue and art direction.
