An amazing game, that like most things, is immensely overhyped. Don't bother with a melee only run unless you also use psionics, don't put any points into repair, and being proficient in Standard Weapons is the easiest way to steamroll the game.

Mod the shit out of it, I can't remember the name of the mod, but there was one that delete the awful endless enemy respawn while rising the difficulty in a great way. It made the game so much more fun.

Really cool game that I regret not finishing.
