There's a LOT less random fuckery, since it's either 100%, 50% or 0% and you have LOTS of movement options.

If you don't have experience a few things can get quite challenging. If you played a lot of X-com it's somewhat easy, but extremely satisfying due to some ridiculous comboes ( like bouncing someone up so Luigi snipes them 3 time before they hit the ground again kind of shit.
