My guess is it will be the Falmer. This will lead to the rebirth of the college of the voice since they are sensitive to sound and the Thu'um is the perfect weapon against them.

Morrowind is the best its graphics are serviceable and combat is ok just dont pick orc with destruction and be confused when your spells failed. Oblivion has nice sidequests and is fairly modern. Skyrim is heavly dumbed down but is at least pretty I suppose.

So with every game there's a principle focus.
