The ending in Dishonored 2 is so shit though, they made an amazing game and then decided to end it with those boring and unsatisfying ending cards. Those felt so much better in the first game. What did you guys think of Prey?
To me it seemed fairly compotent, but it made me realize just how rehashed LGS stuff has become.
It felt so fucking samey. I've played SS, SS2, Bio, Bio2 and even slogged through Infinite and I swear Prey didn't have a single new idea in it. Makes me a little worried for SS3, though hopefully Specter will pull through. At least Dishonored does some new things, even if it's a Thief/DX hybrid at best.

I think that's what I like about The Outsider the most, he's just an entity in it for his own amusement. By D1's credit, he possesses the ability to peer out into multiple possible futures, so he couldn't have known that Delilah was or was not going to make it out. Interestingly enough, The Outsider does give Corvo shit about Delilah's escape, stating that "Daud could have told him."

gameplay and (some) levels were great, but it felt like it was cut in half and ended super abruptly, hated that shit. IMO Dishonored 2 had much better and more clever levels (clockwork mansion, crack in the slab) and they were both terribly optimized, both still fun games though.
