Looking to get a 60 Hz monitor exclusively for PS4 gaming. Can't decide between IPS monitor or TN. Here's the thing, I play FPS games on console pretty regularly, but also play non FPS games too. That's why I'm not sure if I should get a TN monitor if I also plan on playing games with vibrant colors/dark areas. Would I be risking it if I get an IPS monitor with >4 ms response time? I also get that input lag is a thing so there's that. Help?

IPS is fine for response time. I doubt you'd notice the difference. The viewing angles are also better, the colours are far more vibrant, and you can get matte finishes instead of glossy glare-prone surfaces.

Frankly, even if you get a 10-20ms you wont notice since
