Completely ignoring that of course, any and all worthwhile exclusives are coming to PC. The target market for the xbone x doesn't exist and it baffles me that the product made it to market.

People don't realize why this console exist. I'll tell you why. Like 45% of Xbox Live subscribers...don't even own the Xbox One. The One X with PUBG is meant to pull more of those 360 users over to the One family, and it will.

I bet they expect literally 90% of the purchases of the One to be current Xbox 360 or Xbox One users. 10% is going to be considered fringe adopters.

Getting a PS4 Pro makes sense because it has jap exclusives. Same with the Switch, and its portable and would scale up well in local multiplayer.

Xbox One X plays multiplats better, but so does my PC, and I can do so much more with my PC ontop.

Maybe someone doesn't want windows 10 so they would rather get an XboneX. Maybe they don't care about having a PC for gaming and just want a console. Maybe they are too poor and stupid to make a PC so they just get the XboneX and don't care about Sony games. MS is bound to put exclusives on the thing (maybe). It also has Backwards Compatibility (kind of)

I don't want one, but I can see why people care to buy it.

My reason personally is because I invest in high end gaming laptops ($1200+) because I travel for IT work so investing in a big rig is stupid since I'm out of town like 40% of the year.

When I'm finally home I just load up consoles and play stuff I can't play on my Laptop or prefer on consoles like FPS games.

If Microsoft were smart they would have a flagship Halo game on its launch thats really good and looks amazing.
They had some exclusives in the pipeline but they didnt fight hard enough to get them out there.

They need to impress people, and whilst exclusives dont sell consoles so much or sell as well now, they are still very important because they get people talking about the console.

They have to show off the power with some great visual design, not bullshots. People are getting smarter to it now.

NOPE. Making a seperate partition on my PC to install W10 is much better than paying $500 for a XboneX. Heck, I'd rather spend $500 on a new SSD and install W10 there just to play games. (if they were worth playing in the first place, which they aren't aside from Forza I guess)

Yes, retard. There are people who don't like W10 and don't want it on their PC. I would rather buy an XboneX over installing Windows 10. Also you forget that most people are too dumb to find out how to get the OS for free, so they would not only have to assemble an PC, they would also need to buy the OS for it. Don't forget the other various peripherals like a monitor and keyboard and speakers if they don't already have one.

Irrelevant, you even acknowledged this. They don't give a flying fuck about Sony games like Yakuza so there's no point in them getting a PS4. And for Multiplats the XboneX is obviously going to be a better choice. They can also play their favorite MS shit like Gears or Halo.

They're going to put exclusives on it eventually, the answer is just how many and how long it will take. Halo 5 isn't on PC, last I checked.

Also take into consideration that depending on what games you play, getting an Xbox would be better than a PC. If you like fighting games, it would be better to get in on Xbox because even though fighting game communities aren't large on any platform, they are much larger on consoles and last longer as well in comparison to PC.
