I want a game about church life sim, it could be executed like CK2 style (charts, tables, etc.) or more like Sims or Long Live the Queen. Basically picking your character in middle ages, your background and stats like in Mount&Blade, and progressing your life in the ranks of church, the highes one being the pope, which would open a whole new gameplay for you (managing the church as a whole). You could have perks or quirks, like poor eyesight that could give you stat penalties (that perk could also be acquired if you translate or copy books during night time and similar shit), being sickly would cut your expected age and thus probably make you unable to become the pope in the long run. Maybe you would have the sin of lust and cause trouble for the church, maybe you could be greedy or zealous, and it would all affect your stats and advancement in the ranks. Random events like bandit pillages if you're in a small abbey would also be possible, or storms during sea travels that could kill you.

Necromancer Pikmin.
You play a cute little skeleton lich bent on death and destruction.
Each land would have different environments and climes that while not affecting your magical bones would affect minions like zombies by speeding up or slowing down decomp or making movement hard for them, requiring you to use the different types of possible undead at your disposal.
You would either start the level with a few minions or you would have to first located a cemetery or graveyard.
There would be different types of undead that would be better at certain tasks than others. There would also be unique minions in each land because of the different fauna.
It would have a cartoonish style and the soundtrack would vary from serious to whimsical, with certain moments having a huge dissonance with hordes of undead destroying villages with something charming playing in the background.
After you fill all the world with death and beat the game you would get a cutscene of the lich walking through all the places you destroyed with an army of undead happily following him with something like https://youtu.be/N52Gg0hy96s playing while the credits overlapped with the scene. Seamlessly transitioning through the ruined lands, slowly your army would become smaller and smaller and struggle to follow the lich, even crawling to keep up. And as the lich finally stops alone, he would sit down on a hill overlooking all the destruction. He would pick up a lone flower from a small green patch of grass among the dead earth and it would wither in his bony fingers.
He would look up at the stars while the credits finally come to an end.

Humans nuked the planet for some stupid reason, the planet retaliated and sent spirits like Dryads and shit to wipe out humans, while being dangerous to humans they also have an aura which purges all nuclear contamination, ironically the safest place is near the monsters. Humans discover an all seeing eye constantly scanning the world around it, humans try and tap into it, but it force feeds massive amounts of knowledge they shouldn't know driving them insane. Humans develop a method to choose what to pay for knowledge but only significant sacrifices bear powerful knowledge, most people sacrifice little leading to masses of low quality soldiers, low level knowledge usually takes form as combat super powers

Randomly distribute nine points but no stat can be higher than 3, each point allows more specialisation, mover allows to jump/move faster perhaps with teleportation at higher level, Blaster allows you to shoot enemies faster, Physical handles stuff like punching and shit, Magic handles magic that doesn't come under Mover, Physical or Blaster, Effects starts off with stuff like applying poison to attacks, as it grows it allows multiple Effects to be in use at same time, like poison/paralysis
