Is he a separate thing from sheogorath after the shivering isles or is he still apart of him?

Shivering isles was something I became obsessed with when I was younger but I can't seem to remember much about him besides he represented order right and that he was part of ol sheo right?

Eeehh long story short
Jyggalag was a super powerful daedric prince, powerful to the point that the other princes feared him.
So together they cursed Jyggalag to become Sheogorath, A prince of chaos and madness that he so despises.
The greymarch simply makes Jyggalag resurface from Sheogorath to destroy his realm, And after the greymarch ends Sheogorath resurfaces and rebuilds it.
Effectivly causing the both of them suffering.

He never fused with anyone, He was cursed to be Sheogorath for most of his existence, only getting small reprieves. He very much is a prince and one of the most powerful, and as far as we know he's back to normal doing whatever, probably catching up on some chores.

While he is incredibly weak, he does still exist and is probably resting and gaining power. I really hope there is some sort of reference to him in TES VI
