no, i am talking about the actual setting. The whole battle is over and Ocelot and his army is defeated and surrenders. Snake gets carried out by one of his comrades to the top of the submarine and is awaited by a helicopter, with otacon there as well. then for NO FUCKING REASON they just leave snake by himself at the top of the submarine, where ocelot just comes waltzing out like he just stepped out of a bathroom break, with NOBODY around, not even a helicopter or snipers on Ocelot, and they proceed to duke it out uninterrupted for a good 5 minutes
