This. The skill bar went down a lot when SFIV came out, but people calling Menat hard really shows just how retarded the average SFV player actually is. There is going to be a whole generation of players that think SFV is a complex fighting game.

Both Gen and Viper are extremely un-userfriendly in SFIV. SF in general is much easier than most fighters, but using either character requires a lot of dexterity. I would argue that Viper's gameplan is more difficult to get down than Gen's though Gen is very hard to use in general.

SFIV Juri was a pretty unique zoner too. SFIV had a lot of cool characters mechanically. It was plagued with a lot of problems and was absolutely hideous and sounded like shit, but at least it was better than V.
