This is something I'd like to know myself, is there really a big enough market of people buying these that more studios are gonna put their movies on Steam? Because for a while it was all anime and weird indie arthouse stuff.

You might, but I would expect one to understand that the mechanics of online distribution of motion pictures has more to do with the MPAA and its respective industry than the business model of a give retailer.

MY POINT IS why even buy movies on Steam, if you're just gonna stream them anyway? Just use Netflix or hell, just pirate it in that case.
