Tracer fucks up tanks, healers, and dps that are in the ground and are not McCree. Even then one messed up flashbang and he's tracer meat. She's pretty fantastic in the right hands but easy enough to be useful when needed for her speed. Probably the best balanced hero right now.

I've done pretty well as Tracer, taken 2/3 of the enemy team in 3v3 elimination and got probably 3 gold medals in quick play and some arcade mode. A good Tracer is one of the most annoying things to try and kill.

There's no need to aim it. Blink right next to your target, hit the button and rewind.

The rewind also conveniently takes you away from the victim so the chance of getting blown up yourself is negligible. Furthermore, her bomb kills pretty much anyone (except the tankiest of tanks), so I don't know what you are on about when you claim it is one of the "least deadly" ults.
