So who was in the right here and who had the best plan for humanity?
Science and technology is the answer, anon.

>choosing anything else than the faction that will maximize the efficiency of human society, ridding it of greed and selfishness
Miriam was right, she starts crazy but the only one that held onto humanity
they were all right. even yang, although his frame of reference is a little strange

Morgan will make AC great again!
Morgan.
Everyone else would have resulted in a living nightmare. Life may have sucked for the drones in Morganland but there were at least some incentives to live there.
FOREMAN DOMAI, naturally. There's no future I want to live in where the political and social elite are literal demigods.

Best plan for humanity was probably Morgan or Miriam, though Chang and Deidre are just cooler. Rest are shit.

One of the best features of the game was how well written she turned out to be.
I shudder to think how she'd end up with today's writers.

Morgan would be interesting to see done today. Would he be Black Trump? Or would he be ironically whitewashed since no POC could ever have such views?

What about the Free Drones? Or pic related?

>“Free Drone bases are rough-hewn and dirty places, but they are also busy and productive. The local lifestyle may lack refinement, but it pulses with energy and enthusiasm. The Drones work hard, play hard, and enjoy their lives with gusto. The Drones run a democratic state, electing their "cell leaders" and "foremen" for fixed terms of service. These leaders enforce the law and have some role in making it as well, but final sovereign authority rests with the citizens as a whole. Elected leaders are expected to be "men of the people," examples of Free Drone ideals. Even Foreman Domai lives in a small apartment much like any other, and works his share of shifts on the construction site or factory floor. Free Drone government is short on formal procedures, but it seems to work, largely because the Drones have a great deal of respect for the rule of law. Most laws are passed in raucous citizen assembles, and all civil or criminal disputes are decided by a jury of ordinary citizens. Free Drone citizens tend to wear coveralls or other strictly utilitarian garb, carrying the tools of their trade. Many citizens who escaped from other factions have ID tattoos from their time as drone slaves. These marks are borne with particular pride, and in fact there is something of a fashion for tattoos of all kinds.”
Based Foreman?
zakharov was right
Santiago had the only sensible plan. When you go to a foreign world which is consciously intent on wiping you off it, survival is your primary concern. When that planet's prime method of killing you is to scare you into submission, then exceptional discipline is your only friend.
Peace and democracy will triumph
