The crazy thing is that the trailers don't lie.
Shit voice acting aside everything shown is in the game (the one staged scene of Snake in Africa doesn't count) and each trailer is like a masterpiece.

But then you realize they've shown nearly every cutscene in the game, and most of the character development is in cassette tape.
Some really critical events can only be listened to in audio, the world itself isn't really fleshed out, and the surface plot is actually stupid retarded by Metal Gear standards.


It wasn't supposed to be this way. It's a literal repeat of Peace Walker ending the exact same way. Again, you don't even build MG1's Outer Heaven fortress.

There was literally no point for this game to happen.

That's all I wanted out of this. Losing if from Venom's pov or if they were to tread over MG 1 a little as Solid, make the difficulty of the fight scale with the resources you'd amassed earlier. Well the new body ideally wouldn't have a severely damaged spine or central nervous system. The problem with that specifically is that there aren't any proven methods to regenerate or repair those damaged structures and restore lost function.

This would be a different approach to that problem entirely, If you can't fix it, why not replace it?

But then there's the issue of rejection. If either components reject each other the procedure fails and the patient dies. Very painfully if I had to guess.
