The PS3 being beaten by the 360 is conflicting for me. On one hand Sony deserved being humbled especially at the start. 599 US DOLLARS with no games. This isn't just a meme look at the launch there was nothing. Smug Sony getting taken down a peg is very satisfying to see. On the other looking back on the library's by the end the PS3 had better games. 360 got Kinect and didn't give up until 2014 with XBONE. For the first year everyone fell for Kinect while Sony dropped move cause it was useless.

360 is a better buy games run better on it. the ui is better and smooth, and updates didn't make it slow as fuck to compel you to buy ps4. ps3 has more weeb shit, but not nearly as much as ps2, and the weeb stuff 360 got wins out in quality vs quantity. also, some of the must-own exclusives on the ps3 got ported to the ps4 as the definitive edition. ps3 is alright, but not as great as everyone likes to think. best thing about it was free online multiplayer.
