Why the hell isn't the drug selling mini-game a part of a main gta game yet? What is rockstar waiting for? The best gameplay mechanic of the whole series isn't even playable outside of the 3ds and psp. What a joke.

It's not the best but it is the best handheld GTA and second best DS game behind Tetris DS.

I played SD years ago when it came out and can't really remember anything about it other than that I loved it. Not enough to say it's anywhere near as good as any 3D GTA though. Saints Row was better until GTA IV came out.

Every 3D GTA has a right to the throne as best GTA. III for nostalgia, Vice City for soundtrack and atmosphere, San Andreas for all of the above, IV for physics, V for different features. Really though, it's all subjective. Soundtrack, atmosphere, nostalgia, amount of things you can do, graphical quality, story, all are subjectively worthy of praise and comparison from III to V.

The soundtrack is better than IV. But that still makes it second to worst.
Every GTA has bland areas. Previous games had bland areas disguised as something not bland.
GTA V does not require shark cards and if you buy one, you're literally retarded. Ralph next door will simply shower you in money. This is all predicated on the notion that you're venturing beyond the main game.

If you're unable to enjoy Trevor, you're probably still at an age between child and adult. Something isn't automatically dismissed because it's edgy or silly.
You're absolutely right about the supercars.
You're absolutely right about the car damage. Online is responsible for that. Had they made Online a separate entity, they wouldn't have to worry about the tediousness of having a personal vehicle roll over or catch fire.
I'm not sure about that last one but I do agree it's annoying. Killing someone with a silenced weapon in the desert shouldn't alert the police.

That being said, every GTA has it's flaws. GTA V will be remembered very fondly in about 10 years. That's how things are.
