Do you mean in general or how would they connect if we went with the void/space thing? I usually post the map when tiles are added so before people claim any they can see what the surrounding tiles look like so they can work around it.

I'm not creative enough to think of a good town name

While I applaud you commitment OP, I feel that this is too soon after map 2 was finished and most of us who did some of the tiles are kinda burned out
I think the best way to approach this is to make it a weekly thing, maybe every thursday/friday/whateverday, but only once in a week. Maybe there will be weeks where almost noone makes a tile or other weeks where it feels like its going to get done within hours, either way this should be taken as a long term project

Also I want to add that all the tiles added so far on the bottom left are kinda ehh, like, they are all surrounded by the ocean and we already have enough of that in the top islands, so I would want to switch that up, like use more land or use the black void, or just do whatever. I just want less spaced out islands on an ocean.

There are several. If you choose to start without a class and earn one naturally through experience, you start at Anon's house in the Virgin Islands. Your mother will pack you a sack lunch and have you do Tutorial Chores before you go. Picking a class starts you at varied locations around the map (which might not always be level appropriate)
