The only reason why you'd do that is because the serjeants and sharpshooters both come from Rohodk recruits. So getting your serjeants from Swadian villages theoretically lets you have more Rhodok sharpshooters.

But recruiting isn't that difficult anyway and the party limit is the main limiting factor. I prefer an all Rhodok army.

it's actually pretty smart because it gives a basic framework for all weapons to be more unique without actually making a lot of different models, they just have to pump out parts that fit together and write a simple set of modifiers for the length, weight, balance, curve, etc to generate stats.

Everything on hard. except lance control to easy. The only difference is the cool down between the time you can couch your lance again. Hard makes the cool down longer.

Get good Armour. Hide behind your troops. Lean to block with shields and with weapon. Try not to be in front of your troops at first and the enemy always locks onto you first. Try not to be in the lead when meleeing unless you have lots of others around you to help.

I fucking hate the Nords, because when I first played Warband I wanted to join them, but my renown was not high enough, so I gathered mercenaries and during Nord-Vaegir war captured small and barely defended castle of Vaegirs, I just wanted to give that castle to my Nord bros in exchange for letting me join their faction, but couple days later huge Nord army led by their king himself rolled up to my walls and buttfucked me, after that betrayal I joined Swadia and helped them eradicate Nord menace for good

Bannerlord is literally the only game I'm looking forward to, nothing else announced for PS4 or PC interests me.

The best way is to join a faction. Siege, take (by yourself), a town, get it awarded to you and manage to keep it (or start with a castle and use it to gain a town if you're experienced or the factions are too overwhelming this game).

Once you have a town, fill it with 400-500 troops (you have been buying up businesses to support this shit right? cause the town income won't support that many troops.)

Siege (again, by yourself, you should have those 500 troops in town plus 100~ of your own) and get a second town. The closer the better. If you had a castle be sure to fucking empty it and make it go away from your name.

One of two things will happen, if your faction is doing poor, IE 2 towns and 2-3 castles and a lot of lords, the king won't give you a second town and you can use that as an excuse to tell him to fuck off and keep your shit, including the new town. In which case, be sure to throw half of those 500 troops in town 1 into town 2 before the decision is made as well as your floating 100. This will ensure you will be ready to defend yourself against your now old faction.

If your faction is going great, you'll get a second town. Now you can float around 350 troops per town and behind preparations for a 3rd town. Be aware, if your faction is going really fucking great (I say this from experience) you will end up still in the faction with 3 towns... Which is OK. You'll start a faction with 4 towns because I doubt any king will let you just have a 4th unless you have already taken over like three 4ths of the fucking map.

Be sure to top up all towns to at least have 300 troops in each town (high tier, I usually end up even stacking them with fully upgraded tier troops only) Be fucking aware though, holding more than 3 towns is not advisable so you will most likely hand off one town to a lord.

I never could figure it out properly because I'm lazy. But from my understanding, certain lords talk a certain way and have a certain attitude. You're suppose to work out what lord have what attitude and then also recruit only the ones that will work together.

You can also talk to some lords and get them to stop their shit sort of. Or at least lower the amount of points you lose when handing shit out to the other one. Oh and some lords just have a fuck you pay me attitude almost no matter what.
