I live in central FL and it's sold out in all walmarts and electronic stores. I finally have enough money but it's sold out.
Do I just order it online from the official nintendo site or buy a 2ds XL and call it a day?

I do too. Are you in the Orlando area? I saw one in a Target there on Tuesday.
I know that probably doesn't help you at all though.

No, Sanford :/

I haven't been there in years but all I can say is to keep calling GameStops, Targets, Toys 'R Us, etc. periodically and ask about them. Keep trying.

So I shouldn't buy it from the official website?

I don't think you can, I think they'll just show you retailers that you can buy it from.

You're in luck, with that money you saved ou can put it towards a gaming PC or a a PS4 pro instead, then not only will you have a better system, but you will be able to play actual good games as well.

I'll sell you mine. I work in Sanford and am there 5 days a week
I'd buy it in an actual store with a return policy. It's much easier than shipping it back to Nintendo if it goes wrong.
I plan on getting a Switch myself but I am going to wait until they are plentiful in local stores. I'm glad its selling well.

I treat my electronics like gold - I still even have the original box and inserts. Your loss though keep looking for one then. I love my switch just don't get enough time to play so was trying to help a brother out

It amazes me that they are still sold out at many places, but at my local Target store they are in stock 90% of the time.

Honestly, I'd just get a Slim instead of a Pro if you're talking PlayStation 4. Unless you have the extra $150-ish to burn, the meager increase in power does not really justify the added expense in the overwhelming majority of cases.

Eastern North Carolina here. We just got a new shipment of Switches to go along with Mario & The Rabbids.
