Unacceptable. I play 2K religiously, and the game demands 60fps or higher for silky smooth ISO game. 30fps is literal stuttering stepping, but not in the good way.

Nintendo(including game devs) need to give up on the pipe dream. The Switch is a portable device, that just happens to have HDMI out. Treating it like a home console is not the way. You can't push for those high visuals, at the cost of framerate, when other versions of the same game do it better, for less.

Even more surprising is how for years, 2K treated PC like 2nd class citizens. It wasn't until a few years ago that the PC version was given the storymode. The PC version was literally 2K-lite. Why didn't 2K do the same for the Switch? It actually makes since for this platform.

Handheld is a massive advantage that can never be discounted. It's not even about using it in public, having to sit in front of a TV while you play games is obnoxious as fuck. With a handheld you can play anywhere you want in your house in any position you want. It's also much easier to multi-task and you don't have to switch input on your television.
