Looks neat for EA, however how many classes are there? So far I've only seen what looks like a Death Watch marine and a Death Cult Assassin.

I haven't watched any videos in a while, but I completely agree with the DoW2 likeness. Very slow movement and cover mechanics in an ARPG? I don't know about that. Having those two traits smells of Gears of War Horde mode type of skirmishes than the usual ARPG fare the fans of the genre are used too.

While the sector map looked kinda cool, it failed horribly in VH Final Cut and lacked content. Then again VH Final Cut appears to be a makeshift prototype for this.

I never understood the average 40k fans mind set anyway, theres this universe with a bunch of different factions and alien races vying for control. Better play Space Marines.

The cover system is sloppy and never feels like it works. Enemies are retarded and will just walk towards you, and the only difficulty in them is sheer numbers and that they are nothing but huge health/shield bars. Skills are flat they don't feel like they do much. I played though a couple of levels and you can see copy pasted assets frequently in a single level, one level was just a mirrored set of two corridors which had almost the exact same assets all the way through.

It's not worth what they're charging, if it didn't have Warhammer plastered on it, it'd be a $15 indie game. Wait for a sale if you're interested.
