I don't think so. None of the newcomers with staying power make particularly good DLC material. Silvie is popular, but not a DLC seller. Same for Meitenkun, and seeing how Shuun'ei's arc isn't over, trying to jew us by making him a DLC character would cause a major shitstorm.

If I had to guess, Saisyu's 98's team would all be likely DLC material, either as a whole or any of them as an individual character. New faces team is also likely to show up as DLC, and SNK may even bullshit them into the story again for a long coming Orochi revival arc.
