Unfortunately, BN3 is the pinnacle of the series in terms of post-game content. BN4 fucks around with the "must beat the game three times" to get everything, BN5 post game is just more liberation missions so your mileage may vary, and BN6's post game was butchered for the English release (removed content, such as the Boktai sidequest). Can't remember exactly how BN1 and BN2 post-game fare in comparison to BN3.

As far as gameplay and fun factor goes, BN6 is definitely one of the better ones in my opinion, though the overall game is quite short compared to the rest.
