I'm more interested in the game mentioned in that article. A good spy thriller is interesting, and a game that bills itself as "Cold War XCOM" could work. They've got a whole laundry list of bullet-point features on the Steam page.

Games like this always have specialists in separate fields. One of the bullet points mentions being able to infiltrate agents ahead of time to facilitate missions later, like the one shown in the Gamescom demo: Tempest was clearly inserted ahead of time, hence why he's able to move around on the inside, turn off security and get close to guards.
