i agree with the first hit, but the last one seems fine
kh2 doesn't have consistent hitstun on larger enemies either, usually just with finishers

The second and third attack clearly had a windup period while the first was just some light damage from an airdash.
Unless you think that every time a light gust of air hits an enemy it should send it flying back I see nothing wrong with this.
