I forget, just talk to people in the Home area, but I think you have to be rank 2.

How do the ranks work? I just played the same rank 1 courses over and over until I reached 2 and got new ones. Are you really supposed to repeat them until you get new courses?

after you get enough exp you do a vs match and after 3 vs matches you get different courses. it's a grind.

so far I've gotten clubs that give boosts to spin, control and power. the balls I've unlocked don't change much and some of them are a one time use. I'm rank 4 I think

Yeah it sadly does get grindy after a while. I wish I could just challenge vs characters. Got to the canyon area, and man its getting tough.

are the dlc courses worth the £

It's pretty good so far, customization is deep which is something that will keep me in the game.

Yeah I bought a ball thinking it would last forever. When it said it's all used up I was kind of pissed. I mean I haven't spent my gold on anything since I don't really care about the customizing. I just want to hit the ball.

It's not as enjoyable as say Mario Golf but it's still fun it's own way.

I also like mario golf a bit more just because of the gimmicky levels and the more forgiving gameplay/putting but the online modes on 3ds are dead.

Haven't touched online in Everybody's Golf since I don't have PS+. I just like the weird goofy golfing. Mario Golf just tends to be weird arcade like miniature golf with fun themes to them. Everybody's Golf is a fine game if you want that itch but it's sadly a bit on the bland side. Unless I'm missing something since I only got to Rank 2.

Putting is so god damn hard for me for some reason. I can nail the green from almost anywhere but if there's even a slight break on the green I feel like I turn into a gibbering idiot.
