I can't remember having ever really enjoyed anything.

for the past 4 or 5 years i'm mostly playing late 90s/early to mid 2000s pc games and some nes/snes/n64/sega genesis emulators. some of them i'm replaying and some playing for the first time. literally never had more fun playing vidya.

Today I played DOOM and Galactic Civilizations 3. I had an excellent time in both games, forgot about you assholes for a minute. But I came back like I always do, hit me again baby.

I kept buying games on Steam sales but I didn't play anything for years because of work, just catching up with stuff after buying a 3DS and a laptop so I can play stuff when I'm not slaving away the day.

My backlog is huge enough to keep me entertained for at least 10 years, so I'll be okay. 500 games on Steam and around 50 on the 3DS, plus emulation will last me a while.
