It's fairly boring most of the time.

Intelligence builds are fun, but most sorceries aren't too viable in PvP. If all you care about is PvE I say go for it

If you're doing a pure spellcaster glass canon you'll be doing a ton of damage, not chip damage.
But most people will probably go for a straight sword backup, and invest at least a little into vit if they're just playing pve.
