whats the point of this post? are you trying to claim steam doesn't work in offline mode? or complaining about a DRM which has universally been taken off anytime it gets cracked?
drm is shitty, especially when implemented badly on sonic mania but im really not sure what your point is here especially relating to steam

I was going to build my first PC but it was only 130 dollars less than this with a worse graphics card and CPU. I also wasn't going to include an optical drive, HDD or windows activation.
