Fates LE was the ultimate jewery because they made a very limited stock for a product that was essentially the cheapest way of getting all 3 campaigns and also the only physical version of Revelations in general.
Echoes CE failed to sell out. I keep getting notifications from various retailers discounting it in futile attempt of getting rid of their stock.

Lissa and fucking Frederick are probably the only good things they've shown so far. Frederick is the only character in the entire roster who doesn't feel completely obligatory, and Lissa at least feels slightly creative and fun.

Unfortunately, yes. I was really looking forward to this title when it was announced but the only thing they've shown after all of this time is a "colosseum" mode that people are just calling a boss rush/survival mode. It seems like they're really rushing this one out of gate and it makes me sad because FE honestly has a lot more potential than Zelda for this type of thing. At least we can assured they'll take their time if they ever make a Mario one. Even I could forgive the clunky animations, terrible voicework and just general lack of polish if the game was promising a good amount of content but it's just not.

That only applies to characters whose quirk is that they flirt with everyone, like Virion and Charlotte. Part of the problem with the supports is that there usually is nothing romantic about them until the S-support which seems to come out of nowhere.
The other problem with them is that they tend to be very repetitive since a lot of them just focus on character quirks. Peri for example only really has 3: Xander, Lazlow, and everyone else. Even then Lazlow's starts off the same as everyone else's.

First versions of these musou collabs are always spotty or weak and DWG was by far the worst (being fair it was also THE first collab period). HW is an exception only because it got an unprecedented amount of post release support for a musou in the form of massive updates, patches, and quality non-cosmetic DLC.
