Why does /v/ care about Creation Club? It's literally impossible for them to force PC mods to go through it. People will always find a way around it and even pirate mods if some modders decide to only upload to CC. This only affects consoles so who gives a fuck? Anyone dumb enough to buy a Bugtgesda game on a console deserves this treatment.

I have been creating mods using Creation Kit/GECK since Morrowind came out.
I do not discuss my username on NexusMods...cause I don't want the fucking drama.
Some of my mods on Nexus have 5,000+ downloads.
IMHO this is just another money grab from Bethesda. They see the download numbers for mods on the Nexus and say
"Everyone of those downloads could = $$ in our pocket...why are we leaving money on the table"
They tried it once before and it blew up in their faces. Bethesda approached me on Nexus and offered me money to pull my shit and put it in their last attempt at paid mods
I TURNED THEM DOWN FLAT!!!!!!!
The majority of the cut of the money made from selling my mods would goto them.
